At Enova, I worked closely with senior brand managers and the Chief Marketing Officer to focus and tighten messaging strategies for some of our most prominent brands. I created the two architectures below to use as a tool when crafting any communication: Does the communication support the brand promise? Does it appeal to an emotional benefit? Does it use a functional benefit to make that appeal? And is it supported by concrete reasons to believe?
